Statistics against COVID-19

Update 12 May 2020

Due to the termination of the non-working day regime from May 12, 2020, the collection of reports from enterprises will continue as usual.

Since in some regions the high-readiness regime is maintained, in May 2020, the Federal State Statistics Service does not apply the measures provided for in Article 13.19. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for the failure of respondents to provide the subjects of official statistical accounting with primary statistical data in the prescribed manner, or for the late submission of these data, or the provision of inaccurate primary statistical data. 

On particular reporting forms in May 2020, an additional data collection was organized for enterprises that did not report in April due to suspension of work. 

When receiving documents, priority is still given to contactless forms, including electronic submission, as well as through special operators and the Russian Post.

Update 29 April 2020

From May 1 to May 11, the Rosstat territorial bodies will continue to collect reports on all forms of statistical monitoring in the previous mode. Reporting deadlines do not change.
For the duration of the Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation on non-working days during the spread of coronavirus infection, Rosstat will not apply the measures provided for in Article 13.19. Of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for the failure of respondents to provide the subjects of official statistical accounting with primary statistical data in the prescribed manner, or for the late submission of these data, or the provision of inaccurate primary statistical data. 

Update 10 April 2020
When collecting reports, priority will be given to non-contact forms of acceptance of documents, including sending through special operators and the Russian Post.

Update 3 April 2020
From April 6 to 30, large and medium-sized enterprises and organizations that continue their activities, including remotely, provide reports on all forms of statistical observations in due course.

Please note that in a number of forms it was decided to postpone the presentation of statistical information. 

Small enterprises are exempted from filling out all forms for the duration of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. An exception is small enterprises included in the sample to fill out certain forms and work from April 6 to April 30 in the usual or remote mode.

Federal State Statistics Service and its territorial bodies will continue to operate normally. Statistical reporting from respondents will be accepted in a non-contact manner.
