The total volume of subsidies for official development assistance received from all donors and directed towards poverty reduction, as a share of the donor country's gross national income, is calculated as the sum of all payments and obligations of the state (Russia) carried out within the framework of the official development assistance provided (for poverty reduction), in relation to the gross domestic product of the country (Russia)
