Net official development assistance as a percentage of the gross national income of donors to the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is calculated as a share of the net volume of official development assistance in the total gross national income of donors to the Development Assistance Committee Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
