Indicator description

Calculation of alcohol consumption per capita is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated July 30, 2019 No. 575 “On approval of the methodology for estimating average per capita alcohol consumption in the Russian Federation”, and takes into account unregistered alcohol consumption.
