Proportion of youth and adults with information and communications technology (ICT) skills

Indicator description

The indicators are calculated based on the data from the Federal statistical observation form № 1-IT "Questionnaire for a sample population survey on the use of information technologies and information and telecommunication networks" as the ratio of youth (aged 15-24 years) and adults (aged 15-72 years, since 2017-aged 15-74 years) who had certain computer skills in the last 12 months to the total number of the surveyed population of the respective groups.
