Indicator description

This indicator is determined on the data on the distribution of the population by per capita monetary income and is the result of their comparison with the subsistence minimum, which is the national poverty line. The amount of the subsistence minimum represents the value of the consumer basket, as well as mandatory payments and fees (in accordance with the Federal law №134 of October 24, 1997 "On the subsistence minimum in the Russian Federation").
